I'm currently pursing a higher education at Texas Wesleyan University, hoping to receive a Bachelor of Psychology degree by 2023. My major is in Psychology and minor in Writing.

My post-graduation goals are to be determined. I want to experience the world and help people right now, and I don't know what profession will let me have that sense of adventure and freedom I crave. As far as my bachelors, the main steps I'm taking to accomplish these goals among many are being focused, consist, and aware. I make it a mission to focus in and out of class on what I'm being taught. Consistency is key!! I have trouble being consistent with just about everything, so I made consistency one of my top priorities during this first year in terms of my home life to better my academic life. Finally, and most importantly, awareness. I make it a daily goal to be aware of my emotional and mental health, because without that stability, there's no way I can succeed at Texas Wesleyan, or at all. It's hard to maintain these traits because of the freedom I have since quarantine, but school is almost over.
